Redmi 12, the newest addition to Redmi’s entry-level budget series devices, has generated high expectations among users due to its affordable price and entry-level hardware specifications. The Redmi 12 boasts a 6.79″ FHD+ (1080×2400) 90Hz AMOLED display, offering users an ideal smartphone experience at a budget-friendly price point. The device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 chipset (12nm) and Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. It features a triple camera setup comprising a 50MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide camera, and 2MP macro camera. For stunning selfies, there is an 8MP front-facing camera.
Equipped with a 5000mAh Li-Po battery with 18W fast charging support, the Redmi 12 ensures long-lasting usage and convenient charging. The device is available in two RAM and storage variants: 4GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options. It features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and supports Type-C connectivity. Out of the box, the Redmi 12 runs on MIUI 14, based on the latest Android 13 operating system.
The Redmi 12 will be offered in three color options: Silver, Blue, and Black. It has a starting price of €169 and can be pre-ordered from Xiaomi Store Portugal’s online store.
